DNS IA - 2 will continue the physical examination framework from DNS IA-1 by demonstrating specific physical examination, screening procedures, manual and mobilization techniques, and exercise prescription specific for the upper and lower extremities.

 

DNS IA - 2 will also introduce provocative tests of the muscular slings and chains, which enable practitioners to prescribe specific rehabilitative strategies unique to the needs of our patients

Objectives

At the completion of the course the student will be able to:

• Provide a focused, structured physical examination of the major joints, muscle chains and extremities

• Understand the difference between “upper” and “lower” tiered examination procedures and findings

• Re-frame the utility and intention of manual therapy based on a neuro- centric, developmental approach

• Identify and correct distortion patterns of the functional muscle chains

• Choose specific DNS exercises based on exam findings to create lasting results

No refunds will be provided within 6 days prior to the 1st day of the course.

If not enough participants are registered then the course will unfortunately have to be cancelled due to lack of participation.  If we have to cancel there will be full refunds.
